Course Description

Put a new spin on an old practice with TRX Yoga. Hosted on Zoom, this innovative virtual course combines Suspension Training® with vinyasa yoga, empowering you to explore deeper stretches, try new postures, and get a holistic workout that challenges both body and mind. We'll combine breathwork, alignment, and dynamic movement to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity with the help of the TRX Suspension Trainer™.

Course Materials

All participants will receive a link to access the digital course materials. Attendees should have access to a private space, a TRX Suspension Trainer, and a stable wifi connection.

Cancellation Policy

Course registration fees are non-refundable. Should TRX need to cancel, registrants will receive a full refund or credit toward another course. Any requests to transfer registration from one course to another must be sent to education@trxtraining.com at least 14 days prior to the course.

Pre-Requesites

  • There are no prerequisites to take this TRX Professional Education Course.
  • Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified health & fitness professionals.
  • All registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits. 
  • Any registrant missing 90 minutes (live)/160 minutes (virtual) or more will be ineligible to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits. No refunds or credits, partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.

Certification

  • Certificate of Completion (attendance, participation & passing grade required).
  • 6-7 hours of Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s).
  • We invite you to continue your journey to becoming TRX Yoga Level 1 Certified by completing the TRX Yoga Flow Course.

Continuing Education Credits

  • 6-7 Credits Hours Available with ACE, AFAA, canfitpro, CIMSPA, ISSA, NASM, Yoga Alliance.

Upon completing this course, you will:

  • Gain foundational TRX yoga skills. You'll master basic uses of the TRX Suspension Trainer in yoga poses, and learn to adjust the straps across postures.
  • Learn advanced techniques. You'll learn to leverage the Suspension Trainer in advanced yoga poses and sequences. 
  • Level up your coaching. You'll develop the cueing skills you need to coach others in TRX Yoga.
